Religious School

At our Religious School, we take Beth Am’s mission—to empower and inspire our members to live Jewishly—and extend it to our youngest members.

Our experienced and dedicated teachers create a warm, loving environment where our students start down the path of lifelong Jewish learning. Our school stands on the three pillars of Torah (learning), Avodah (worship), and Gemilut Chasadim (communal responsibility). We use the Union for Reform Judaism’s Chai Curriculum, which focuses on these three pillars in age appropriate ways, in our classrooms. In addition to the Chai Curriculum, we teach about Israel in every grade to foster a connection to our Jewish homeland. Our families also have the opportunity to learn together as a family through our family education program. But in every grade, our first curricular item is: joy. Creating a love of learning is our number one priority.

Our Kindergarten–7th grade meets Sunday mornings from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Our 4th–7th grade also meets on Wednesday night from 5:30 to 6:45 p.m. for Hebrew instruction. Please click on the links below for more information.
