The Caring Committee was formed to fulfill the needs of our congregation. We provide meals for long term home bound families, meals for members in need due to illness, surgery, and financial need, and now help and assist the sisterhood at Shiva calls.
Caring committee members reach out by way of phone calls, emails, cards, letters, and personal visits to members in need. We try to leave no congregant behind.
A quote from the Pirke Avot: “If I am not for myself, who will be for me; and if I am for myself alone, then what am I? And if not now, when?”
We have a special need for drivers to transport congregants to and from services and occasionally to and from doctor’s appointments.
